integration into your company will be. The basis for this is to learn the German language quickly.
This is best achieved through competent teaching.

Professional composition of small study groups
Introductory phase:
I give you expert advice as to which and how many participants I recommend in a course. The basis for this is my qualified assessment of the individual participants regarding their current language level of the German language. For non-academics, it is particularly important to me to consider the school education of the individual employee for the composition of groups.

Competent advice: For the choice of the teaching material and the possibilities to learn German alongside with the job
Procedure:
In order to be able to optimally realize the individual goals of the participants, I recommend selecting the appropriate textbook together with me only after prior, strategic consultation.
In the preparation of the preliminary curriculum, the procedure and the teaching method
according to the temporal possibilities of the participants, such as
1. increase in the progression in the classroom
2. amount of exercise material to be done at home
are worked out and adjusted in milestones according to maximum adequacy.

This is how I work / My approach
Optimization:
No textbook is perfect. Over the length of a course, there are always topics that can be better explained than what the current textbook offers. In this case, I offer my own exercises or compile fragments from other textbooks. The order of the teaching topics can be changed at the request
of the participants as long as the thread is kept in mind.
